Born at Blackheath, Kent. Businessman & Shareholder of the Peek Frean’s Biscuit Works, South London, 1876-1916. His yearly income exceeded £10,000. He left an estate valued at over a quarter of a million sterling. He left the residue of his property, valued at £200,000 to the Editors of "Echoes of Service” published at Widcombe Cresent, Bath.
