F. W. K. is Frederick W Kingston. He was born around 1872 and died around 1957. He and his wife were German by birth but changed their name from Kolkenbeck (or similar) at the time of the 1st World War. They lived in Ilford Essex but moved to Carshalton, Surrey around 1948. I knew them in my youth when they were in the brethren (exclusive Taylor) fellowship at HIll Road, Carshalton.
