Two pages used with kind permission, taken from the book, "From Awakening to Secession" by Timothy Stunt, 2000. These give a useful introduction to the origin of the Fry Manuscripts. Please note this was written about 18 years ago, and Timothy's 'hopes for recovery' of the missing items have I hope to some extent been realised by the publcation of the 2 missing volumes here, as well as other letters which were part of the collection.
