This seems to be a collection from several sources:

- pages 3 - 7 is from J. N. Darby, Letters, vol. 2, pages 280 - 284 (Stow-Hill-edition).

- pages 11 - 32 is from F. G. Patterson (see his Collected Writings, pages 308 - 315)

I don't know the source of pages 8 - 10. Does anyone?
