The first verse of the hymn is:

Lord we are Thine In mercy Tou hast broken 

The fetters strong that bound us to our sin

Thy blood was shed of love the mighty token

from ways of death our gulity soul to win.

According to Stempublishing.com the hymn is by J T Mawson and the first line reads: "Lord, I am thine: in mercy Thou hast broken"
