in 2003 Edwin Cross sold (via his Second Hand Catalogue) a tract "Perfect Peace & Everlasting Strength" by W. Scott (Publisher: A. Holness). I did not get this item. On the page after the front cover of "The Young Christian" of September 1899 the pamphlet "Perfect Peace and Everlasting Strength" is also mentioned.
