Neatened up the Bookshelf page and added the ability for users to add text only 'articles' .. would be good to get more of these on the site.

Okay, so the text articles are just 'text', can be pasted in from Word or any other program into the onscreen editor. (There are a couple of examples under Turpin of these.) The 'Add Scan' option (both these are top right on the Bookshelf page) is for uploading files and will take any file format; it deals with PDFs best at the moment, but can be improved to handle other stuff better too!
