Not in Collected Writings and not not published before anywhere else AFAIK.

I have digitised the text from this booklet - together with a large quantity of material by JND that is not in his Collected Writings and has not been reproduced in any published collections.

If anyone is interested in publishing this - in a format uniform with the existing volumes of JND's Collected Writings - please contact Tom. I'm now up to almost 1000 pages (A5, 12 pt font) which would equate to roughly three more volumes.
