I suggest that the compiler "T.W." was Thomas Willey not Thomas Weston.

You’re probably right. Would be a surprising compilation for Weston…

Mmm... but would T.W. not rather be T. Weston? Willey seems to have always signed off, "T. Willey." T. Weston published a long list of writers, many who feature in this Streams compilation. But the list bears the initials E.C. who is probably the compiler, and Edward Crowley usually signed off as "E.C." ???

Dear Syd, I would be surprised if Thomas Weston promoted the writings of FER and CAC. Also, this is published by G. Morrish and, as T. Weston was himself a publisher, I would have expected him to publish it if he were the compiler.  The only initials "E.C." I can see are right at the end but there they mean "East Central", the London district of the publisher's address at Paternoster Square.

On another tack, the compiler makes the mistake of assuming the poems by Mrs Bevan are translations from the German of "G.P.G.", "T.S.M.", "C.P.C", and "T.P." etc., whereas these were her own compositions written at "Chalet Passiflora, Cannes", "Trent Park" (her Barnet home) and elsewhere as denoted by the initials. "G.P.G." is as yet unidentified but I wonder whether it is actually a manuscript misreading of "C.P.C."?

Thanks Nick, it makes sense. I noticed the glaring omission of FER, CAC almost (there is one) and JBS in Weston's list of published works. Sad really, that some excellent, sound works of these men would purposefully be omitted, but then they were elsewhere available and the discerning believer would have to judge.
